Lynette Smith Conley Obituary
Lyne was born on June 27th, 1957 in Evansville, Indiana, the third and last child of Robert C. Smith and Gloria France Smith. She grew up in Boonville, Indiana, and attended Boonville Public schools, graduating from Boonville High School in 1975. She attended Oakland City College for a year, and was voted runner-up, May Day Queen in 1976. In 1977 she met Frank Conley, and they married in June 1978. In her words, "The adventure began", and they never looked back. They lived in San Diego, CA, Atlanta, GA, and settled in Gilbert, AZ (near Phoenix) 20 years ago.
A Burial will be held on Friday, November 17th, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Drive, San Diego, CA 92122. An additional memorial, Celebration of Life, is planned for Indiana (no date yet).
In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite cancer-related charity or cat rescue.
