Lynn Gruber Obituary

Lynn Weinberg Gruber, 85, of Memphis, died October 4, 2025, peacefully in her home. She was born in Osceloa, AR where she achieved many honors including Miss Osceola High School.

Lynn then moved to Memphis, TN after attending Stephens College in Columbia, MO.

Lynn took pride in raising her 3 children and was an active member of Temple Israel. She loved her mornings sitting at her breakfast table doing her crossword puzzles, her weekly mahjong games with her friends and her monthly birthday lunch groups. But most of all, Lynn was happiest when surrounded by her family at family events.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Nathan and Pauline Weinberg and her brother Warren Weinberg.

She is survived by her children, Scott Gruber (Sheliah), Greg Gruber (Brandi) and Ginger Gruber and 4 grandchildren, Sydney, Spencer, Nathan and Katie.

Services were held Monday October 6, 2025 at the Levy-Cooper Chapel at Temple Israel Cemetery.

Memorials may be sent to Temple Israel Synagogue or the charity of the donor's choice.
