Lynne Mckee Obituary
Lynne had a zest for life that was infectious. She had a deep appreciation for music, art, and opera, with a special passion for Bruce Springsteen, whose music spoke to her soul. Many of her best adventures were at a concert or in the backyard of one of her many friends' houses in Silver Spring, MD with a background playlist that included Bruce, Van Morrison, Fleetwood Mac and other favorite artists (many of her friends are likely remembering her favorites now.)
As a mother, Lynne was expressive of her love for her two sons, Nicholas (Jaime Dennis) and Aaron Wolf (Katherine Cashen.) She whole-heartedly participated in any family event and enjoyed Nick's Renaissance wedding, karaoke at family reunions, and other antics with her McKee/Richardson clan. Her greatest joy came from being a grandmother to Eleanor and Emma Wolf. She reveled in their laughter and celebrated their milestones with unwavering pride and love.
Lynne was social-minded throughout her life and supported Odyssey of the Mind, volunteered at the VA hospital, and VITAS Hospice in Florida. In honor of Lynne's memory, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Novick Cardiac Alliance an organization that provides life-saving cardiac care to children in underserved areas around the world or a charity of your choice.
A Memorial Service for Lynne will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023, at 4:00 PM at Schoedinger Worthington, located at 6699 N High Street, Worthington, Ohio 43085. Following the Service, a Celebration of her Life will take place from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
In the words of Bruce Springsteen, "We'll meet and live and laugh again, I'll see you in my dreams, Yeah, up around the river bend, For death is not the end."

My sweetest lynne, I met you when my dear husband introduced me to your family. You welcomed me with your whole heart and soul. Cherished our babies as they were born from your soul. Rest in beautiful soft pink clouds. Dance with your beloved Bryan. We love you. Sandy, Cindy, Lilly and Alexander.
