Lynne Wise Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Davenport's Chapel of the Good Shepherd - Klamath Falls on Dec. 9, 2025.
Lynne Denise Wise, age 70, passed away peacefully and surrounded by love. Known to her family and close friends as "Nana," she was a compassionate, nurturing woman whose heart was devoted to caring for others.

Born the second of eleven children, Lynne grew up in a busy, lively household that shaped her lifelong devotion to family. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Robert Wise (2015); her mother, Joan Marie Mason; her father, Woody Andrew Bray; her older sister, Bonnie; her younger brother, Woody; and her great-grandson, Liam Joseph Mcguire. She is survived by her siblings Lori, Kathy, Patrick, Mary, Debra, John, Larissa, and Bobby, who will
forever carry her memory.

Lynne is lovingly survived by her daughters, Wendy Stec of Dayton, Oregon, and Brandi Meister of Klamath Falls, Oregon; her son, Joshua Wise of Klamath Falls, Oregon; and her grandchildren Jenni Stec, Rachel Van Loo, Jewel Meister, and Cameron Meister. She was blessed with great-grandchildren Wendy, Theodore, and Tristan Van Loo, and Damien Mcguire-each of whom brought her deep joy. Throughout her life, Lynne dedicated herself to caring for others. She spent many years working as a caregiver for seniors, offering comfort and companionship to those who needed it most. She also lovingly cared for her husband after a life-altering stroke, showing unwavering
strength, tenderness, and commitment.

Lynne enjoyed gardening, crafting, and celebrating the holidays, always going all out with decorations and thoughtful touches that made everyone around her feel special. She adored listening to oldies music and joyfully shared that passion with anyone who spent time with her. Her warmth, creativity, and gentle guidance filled her home-and her family-with love.

A graveside service followed by a celebration of life will be held on December 10th at 1:00 p.m. at the Yamhill-Carlton Pioneer Cemetery in Yamhill, Oregon. All who knew and loved Lynne are welcome to attend and honor her memory.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her kindness, her generosity, and the love she poured into her family and community.
