M. Lindsley Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home on Dec. 2, 2025.
Our beloved mother and grandmother, M. Lucille Lindsley, 92, passed away peacefully Nov. 29, 2025. She was predeceased by her parents Belfino and Antoinette Piccirilli, her brother Armond, and a granddaughter Marie Lucia Slater. She is survived by her daughters Karen (Mark) Slater, Valerie Cowen, Victoria Lindsley; her grandchildren Sean Slater, Nicholas Slater, Christian Slater, Danielle Tyrrell, Colin Tyrrell, and Briana Cowen.

For over 40 years of her adult life, our mother lived at 70 Tompkins St. above her parents, where she raised her three daughters. Lucille loved to shop for clothes, outfits and shoes for her mother and daughters. She always dressed so nicely in Talbots, Boscov's and QVC clothing. She enjoyed watching the golf tournaments every Sunday and knew all the top players.

Lucille enjoyed a career in the medical office field until she was 82 years old. Her last position was in billing at Dr. Ramanujan's office

She was a devoted daughter, mother, and grandmother and a lovely and generous lady who will be deeply missed.

A private entombment service will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Johnson City. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may contribute to the American Lung Association, Upstate NY Chapter www.lung.org/ny

She will be missed here at Wells. She was such a sweet person and caring . I enjoyed our conversations about raising children things she did as a mom and gave me advise on things to do with my 6 children. She was a sharp women and always looked well dressed and nice . I would joke and say give me some of that beauty cream in the bottle you use . She will be missed by us all here . An angel flew into heaven and her name is Lucille.Rest in Peace. Constance
