M. Malloy Obituary
She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter Debra Malloy; son David Malloy; siblings Robert Foster, Autho "Bo" Foster, Luke "Arnold" Foster, and Elzie "Jr" Foster.
She will be missed and remembered by her loving children William Malloy, Susan Fryman, and Julie Snyder; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, sister Phyllis "Dorene" Slaven.
Ruth was a member of the West Milton Senior Citizens Center and loved spending time with her family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 12-1 PM on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton with a funeral service beginning at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, West Milton. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County or West Milton Senior Citizens Center. Online memories of Ruth may be left for the family at www.hale-sarver.com.
