Es con profunda tristeza que anunciamos el fallecimiento de Ma. Concepción Joaquín de Joaquín, quien falleció el 14 de marzo de 2025 a la edad de 78 años en Austin, Texas. Nació el 28 de marzo de 1946 en Jalpa, Zacatecas, México.
Ma. Concepción fue precedida en la muerte por su amado esposo, Vicente Joaquín Lozano. Tenía una profunda pasión por las plantas, el aire libre y la jardinería, encontrando alegría y consuelo en la naturaleza. Sus colores favoritos eran el amarillo y el morado, que reflejaban su espíritu vibrante y su amor por la vida.
Deja atrás una familia amorosa que siempre atesorará su memoria, incluidos sus hijos, Humberto Joaquín, Abdón Joaquín, Galindo Joaquín, José Eduardo Joaquín, Nabor Joaquín, Gerardo Joaquín, y sus hermosas hijas, María Silvia Joaquín, María Bertha Joaquín, María Delia Joaquín, María Thelma Joaquín, María Oralia Joaquín. También le sobreviven su hermana Graciela Joaquín, 40 nietos, 33 bisnietos y un tataranieto.
Concepción será profundamente extrañada por su familia, amigos y aquellos cuyas vidas tocó. Que descanse en paz, sabiendo que siempre será amada y recordada.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ma. Concepcion Joaquin de Joaquin, who passed away on March 14, 2025, at the age of 78 in Austin, Texas. She was born on March 28, 1946, in Jalpa, Zacatecas, Mexico.
Concepcion was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Vicente Joaquin Lozano. She had a deep passion for plants, the outdoors and gardening, finding joy and solace in nature. Her favorite colors were yellow and purple, which reflected her vibrant spirit and love for life.
She leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish her memory, including her sons, Humberto Joaquin, Abdon Joaquin, Galindo Joaquin, Jose Eduardo Joaquin, Nabor Joaquin, Gerardo Joaquin, and her beautiful daughters, Maria Silvia Joaquin, Maria Bertha Joaquin, Maria Delia Joaquin, Maria Thelma Joaquin, Maria Oralia Joaquin. She is also survived by her sister Graciela Joaquin, 40 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Concepcion will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and those whose lives she touched. May she rest in peace, knowing she will always be loved and remembered.
