Mabelene E. Gigon, a lifelong resident of Fulton, New York, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at the age of 55. Born on Thursday, March 12, 1970, in Fulton, Mabelene spent her life cherishing the beauty and strength of her community and family.
Mabelene was a woman of simple pleasures. She found joy in the thrill of a good yard sale and the nostalgia of browsing antique stores. Her affection for Native American culture was evident in her cherished collections. Mabelene was also a passionate music lover, often filling her home with the sounds of country music and classic rock, which brought her immense comfort and happiness. Despite facing life's challenges with resilience, Mabelene prioritized her family above all else. She is survived by a loving family, including her sons, Mickey Lee Noble, Josh Noble and Ronald Noble and her daughters, Shania Noble, Reba Noble, and Casey Noble. Her nurturing spirit lives on in her siblings, Peter Carr, William Carr, and Ruth Hammond, who will miss her dearly.
Mabelene was preceded in death by her father, Larry Mittler, her mother, Dorothy E. Pitcher, and her sister, Dorothy L. Pitcher. Her memory remains a guiding light for those she left behind.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, from 10am to 12pm at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton, NY 13069.
