Mable Ruth Neill Andrews
was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on April 1, 1922 the daughter of the late Grover Cleveland and Bessie May Robinson Neill.
On April 4, 1948 she was united in marriage to Robert Sidney Andrews, who preceded his wife in death on August 17, 1981.
Mable retired after 35 years working in the cafeteria at Parris South Elementary in Savannah, Tennessee. She was a member of Second Baptist Church. Mable was an exceptional cook and she enjoyed quilting in her spare time.
She departed this life on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 101 years, 7 months, and 20 days.
Mable is survived by her son, Danny Andrews and his wife Beverly of Savannah, Tennessee; brother, Mancil Neill of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Michael Andrews and Jamie Andrews and his wife April; and great grandchildren, Gage Andrews, Landon Andrews, Parker Andrews, and AnaCraig Andrews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by six siblings, Raymond Neill, Wallace Neill, Jewell Franks, Irene Livengood, Max Neill, and Sue Davis.
