Mable Helene Mills

Mable Mills, age 43, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 16, 2024.
Mable was a light in lives of many people. Her kind soul and compassion for everyone will be greatly missed around our community. Mable was known for having a great love for the outdoors. If you couldn't reach her, your best bet at finding Mable would be somewhere in the Allegan Forest or at the Ely Lake campground walking around and climbing the trees. She always talked about how much she loved climbing the trees and if you ever had this conversation with Mable, it would always end in her trying to convince you to go tree climbing with her. Mables's heart was full of love to give. She will be remembered for never giving up on anyone. She always seen the best in people and supported them in any way possible. Mable was always good at keeping tabs on people, constantly checking in on her loved ones. It is this love and compassion that will be truly missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband Rodney Mills; daughter, Betty Mills; parents, Orvil and Phyllis Boylan; and nephew, Leigh Hitchcock.
She is survived by her son, William (Jenna) Mills [Levi]; stepdaughter, Tasha Mills(Chevy'Ann); stepdaughter, Roxanne Mills(Michael); (granddaughter, Olivia); father, Timothy (Sabrina) Boylan; brother, James (Patricia) Boylan; sister, Beverly (Chad) Hitchcock; brother, Jason Boylan; brother, TJ Boylan; mother-in-law, Betty (Ronald) Sas; sister-in-law, Terri (Doug) Robertson; uncle, Gary Boylan; uncle, Donald Boylan; uncle, Donald (Sandy) Case; and many nieces and nephews.
A public graveside service is being planned for 1:00 pm on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, in Ventura Cemetery, located at 168th Ave and New Holland Street, Holland, MI 49424. www.langelandsterenberg.com
