Mable Irene (Tygrett) Harvey Robertson

Mable Irene Tygrett Harvey age 88, passed away on Jan 11, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on Jan 29, 1937 in Livingston, WV and lived a life rooted deeply in faith and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents Harold Malon and Ruby Irene Kincaid Tygrett. Her first husband James Harvey, son James Harvey Jr. Brothers Vernon, Malon, Roy, William, Ralph, James, Paul, Gene; sisters Laura and Wilma and

her second husband Alvin Robertson.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son Jesse Harvey (Monirea), daughter Billie Jo Wriston (David), son Matt Harvey (Cynthia), brother David Tygrett, sisters Mary Parsons and Gaye Herdzina, 9 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and many other family and friends.

Family was one of the greatest joys of her life. She cherished time spent with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her home was always a place of warmth and unconditional love. She enjoyed cooking, baking and sewing. She loved being outdoors. She had many pets through the years, including her wildlife pets. She loved to listen and sing gospel songs. At every family dinner there was prayer and Mable crying happy tears.

Though she will deeply be missed, her family finds comfort in knowing she is now at peace, rejoicing in the presence of her Savior Jesus Christ.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff of Hilltop Center and Hospice for their loving care, kindness and support during her final days.

Services will be held Friday Jan 16th at 1:00 pm. with Pastor Ronnie Persinger officiating. Family to call at 11:00 am and friends to call at 12:00pm at Tyree Funeral home in Oak Hill WV.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Fayette County Humane Society.
