Madeline Joy Cook, 94, passed away at 8:54 a.m. on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at Bethalto, IL.
She was born on October 4, 1930 in Indian Mound, to Gaines and Onie Lee (Taylor) Cook.
Madeline married Truman Cook in 1956, he preceded her in death.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and will be missed dearly.
Madeline is survived by daughter, Susan (Paul) Triplett; son, Greg Cook; daughter-in-law, Barbara Cook; grandchildren, Brandon (Whitney) Triplett, Christopher (Stephanie) Triplett, Heather Cook, Emily (Calvin) Cook; several great-grandchildren; brother, Roger Cylmer, sister, Cindy Page.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Homes - Bethalto, IL. Pastor Terry McKenzie will be officiating.
Burial will take place at Rose Lawn Memorial Park.
Memorials are suggested to Vitas Hospice.

Madeline was so wonderful, kind and loving towards Pam & I. We loved her , Truman and all the family. I´m so sorry to hear this news.
We will be much in prayer for all y´all as you navigate through this difficult time period.
