Madeline Fleming Obituary
Madeline "Maddy" Fleming, 86, of Bronx, New York, passed away on October 8, 2023. She was born on August 25, 1937, at Flower Hospital in New York.
Maddy was an independent, funny, well-read and adventurous individual. She had a zest for life and was always up for new experiences. Her hobbies included skiing, traveling all over the world, and taking long scenic drives.
Maddy had a successful career as a Commercial Lines Underwriter for Blumstein and Levine Insurance, located in Manhattan. She dedicated her professional life ensuring the financial security of others.
Maddy will be deeply missed by her niece and nephews,Tara Mann, Eugene Mann (Tara's Husband), and Troy Fleming. She also leaves behind her great- nieces, Jasmin Mann, Alexi Fleming and Francesca Fleming. Maddy was preceded in death by her father, Alfred Fleming Sr., mother Madeline Fleming, and brother Alfred Fleming Jr.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Riverdale Funeral Home in New York, New York.
A private service will be held to celebrate Maddy's life and honor her memory.
Graveside Service and Interment will be at Rose Hills Memorial Park, 100 Mill Street, Putnam Valley, NY on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at 1pm.
