Decatur
Funeral service for Mae Nelson Posey, 76, will be today at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Chapel with Bro. Steve Kelso officiating. Burial will be in Burningtree Memorial Gardens following the service. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Posey, who died February 3, 2012, at Decatur General Hospital, was born March 15, 1935, in Limestone County to John and Audrey Nelson. After retiring from Compass and the banking industry, Mae enjoyed time spent with her family and friends, bingo and card games, and her precious pets. She was preceded in death by her parents and granddaughter, Carrie Nacole Ray.
She is survived by her son, Jimmy Worley (Tina); daughters, Vicki Large (Russ) and Sharon Ray; grandchildren, Heather Worley, Courtney Large, and Alex Worley.
Pallbearers will be Earl Worley, Bruce Worley, Odis Ray, Todd Large, Tim Wright, Mark Hill, and Donnie Ferguson.

we was so sorry to hear about mae mae.we have known her for a long time from bingo and enjoyed her company and most of all her smile.her and my mother sat together and played cards and bingo together.our prayer are with you. teresa poff and bulah berryman
