Mae Campbell Tingler, 79, of Buchanan passed away Monday, November 3, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Lee Tingler, Sr.; parents, Clarence and Snowy Campbell; sisters, Betty (Richard) Kesler and Thelma (Frank) Leighton.
Mae retired from Botetourt County School System as a custodian with over 21 years of service.
She is survived by her son, Lee Tingler, Jr. and special friend, Stacey; daughters, Patricia Ann Tingler Altizer and special friend, Gary; Melinda Tingler Clark and husband, Doug; grandchildren, Dustin (Misti) Tingler, Brittany (Blake) Ashwell, and Matthew (Marlie) Clark; great-grandchildren, Landyn, Graysyn, and Masyn Tingler; Ariel and Laila Clark, and Avery Ashwell; and special friends, Liz Neely, Darlene Hiner, and Diane Staton.
Visitation will be held from 2-3pm with funeral services at 3pm at the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home on Thursday, November 6, 2025. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Condolences may be made at www.botetourtfh.com or 540-254-3000.
