Maegan Elizabeth Yandell

Maegan Elizabeth Yandell of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away from this life far too soon on November 28, 2022, after a six-year battle with recurrent pneumonia, with her loving father by her side. Maegan's family and friends are deeply saddened by her sudden passing but are comforted knowing she is now in Heaven in the loving embrace of Jesus.
Maegan was born on November 16, 2000, the daughter of Lonnie Yandell and Dawn Ledgerwood. Maegan was a one-of-a-kind girl, a beautiful person with a gorgeous, bright smile that lit up every room she was ever in. Growing up in Oklahoma City, she was doted on by her single father. If ever there was a Daddy's girl, Maegan was it. From the moment she was born, she absolutely loved her daddy, always wanting to be right by his side. She loved everyone in fact, and Maegan touched many, many lives with her beautiful smile alone. Said to have been the "sweetest girl", Maegan always had a positive attitude and was happy all the time. She loved listening to any and all music, and you could often find Maegan bouncing in her wheelchair to the fast songs. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and friend to everyone she ever met. Maegan will be dearly missed.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Dawn Ledgerwood, and her grandparents, Lonnie Yandell Sr. and Edna Yandell.
Left to treasure his memory are her dad, Lonnie Yandell, and two siblings, Delaney Yandell, and Gabriel Yandell, all of the home; her Mimi, Margaret Ledgerwood of Oklahoma City, along with a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
