Magdalene Roseanne Anderson (known by many as Trudy), age 73, of Wild Rose, WI passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 with her daughters by her side. She was born in Marquette County, WI on May 20, 1952 to William and Amanda Barron. She was raised in Montello, WI by her aunt Flora and uncle Irvin Krueger whom she called mom and dad. She lived with them and her cousins, Irvin and Robert Krueger, whom she knew as her brothers.
Trudy was an artist who painted lovely pictures and enjoyed riding her snowmobile. She loved animals and told wonderful stories about the critters she looked after, such as her pet raccoon. At the age of 18, she moved to Kansas City, MO to participate in Job Corps. While in Kansas City, she met Herschel Anderson, whom she married on April 7, 1972. They became parents of three daughters.
Trudy moved back to Montello, WI in 1996 where she enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She moved to Wild Rose, WI in 2024.
Trudy was preceded in death by her birth parents William and Amanda Barron; her adopted parents Irvin and Flora Krueger; and her husband Herschel Anderson. She is survived by her daughter Kelly McDonald and husband Jeff of Kansas City, MO; daughter Judy Ware and husband Steve of Shawnee, KS; daughter Tracy Anderson of Shawnee, KS; and her grandchildren Colin and Owen McDonald.
A loving mother and proud grandmother, Trudy was loved dearly by her family and friends and will be greatly missed.
The family would like to thank all the caregivers of Marquette and Waushara counties who helped Trudy throughout the years, especially those of Rosemore Village whom she appreciated dearly.
A memorial service for Trudy will be held at a later date in Kansas City, MO.
