She is survived by one brother, Richard Lee Green, one daughter, Christy Ann Shirley and son in law Joshua Shirley, 2 sons, Arnold J. Smith, Jr. and Jonathon Leroy Smith, 10 grandchildren, Ariel Brown, Cade McCoy, Gracie McCoy, Trey Smith, Preston Smith, Brooke Smith, Destin Sanchez, Cameron Smith, Kaylee Smith, Landon Smith and four great grandchildren. Malinda was a mother hen to anyone in need and she is loved and will be truly missed.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 15, 2025 in the Bates Rolf Funeral Home Chapel, New Boston with Bro. Steve Minter officiating. Interment will be in Hooks Cemetery, Hooks, Texas under the direction of Bates Rolf Funeral Home.
Visitation will be Monday, April 14, 2025 from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M.. at the funeral home.
