Mamie L. Abbott

Mamie L. Abbott, age 83, passed away January 29, 2006 in Phoenix, AZ. She was born in Middleton, TN and relocated to Scottsdale from Chicago, IL in 1974. She was a long time member of Camelback Church of Christ and was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton W., in 2002. Survivors include her son Clifton S. (Jill) Abbott of Chicago, IL; daughter Doris (Gene) Alley of Scottsdale, AZ; brother James Shelly of Seattle, WA; sister Mary Lou Gilbert of Atlanta, GA, 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation will be 5 PM to 8 PM Today at Messinger Mortuary, 7601 E. Indian School Rd., Scottsdale. Graveside services will take place at 2 PM Wed., Feb. 1st , at Paradise Memorial Gardens, 9300 E.
