Mando Decario Obituary
Mando was born in his family home in Burnaby, and lived in Burnaby his entire life. He worked for BC Tel for 37 years, with most of those years at SFU. Mando had many passions in life which included managing and maintaining the family business, gardening, square dancing, wine making and traveling with his family. He was actively involved in his Local 7 union, and was on the board of directors for the VanTel Credit Union for 28 years.
We would like to thank all the staff of Carleton Gardens for their compassionate care over the past four years. Prayers will be at Ocean View Chapel on March 21 from 6 -8 pm, and a Catholic Funeral Service at Holy Cross Parish, 1450 Delta Ave, Burnaby on March 22, at 12:00 pm. A reception will follow in the church hall, with interment at 2:30 pm.
