Mandy was born on August 19, 1978 in Pensacola to Dale Hall and Karon Jerkins.
Mandy is survived by her daughter Melany White, her son Jamie Kersey Jr., her father Dale Hall, her sister Lisa Welch and her grandchild.
Mandy will be forever remembered for her resilience and ability to endure what most could not. She was known for her beauty, humor, intelligence, and managed to survive the ugliest parts of life in the most beautiful way.
Mandy was a beloved daughter, mother, and grandmother. Her smile lit up every room she ever stepped in. Spreading love and laughter everywhere she has stepped.
Mandy's visitation will be held at Pensacola Memorial Gardens Funeral home Friday, December 12, 2025 starting at 2:30pm with services immediately to follow at 3:30pm.

This is so sad. I remember hanging with her and Levi and Waylon and myself back in the day. Such a young beautiful soul my heart breaks for her family and my prayers for being sent to them as well
