Manuel G. Ibarra

Our sincere condolences to the entire Ibarra family. We were blessed to have the pleasure of meeting Mr. Ibarra during his visits to Edinburg. He was truly loved and admired by his family and was a fine example to all of us. He raised a beautiful and exemplary woman in my dear friend, Marisa, as well as a great role model to our compadre Ed. He will truly be missed and his legacy will live on forever in his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
