A deeply loved father and grandfather passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on October 4, 2025, at the age of 89. Born September 20, 1936, in Guadalajara, Jalisco, MX.

Manuel Jaramillo, known affectionately as Meno, was a beacon of joy and inspiration, defined by unwavering faith and devotion to his family.

In 1963, he emigrated to Brawley, CA, first working at Horsman's Garage and then as plant Manager at Fiesta Mexican Foods INC. for over 20 years. Retiring in 1996.

A strong Catholic, devoted husband and father. Meno embodied values of humility, kindness and resilience. He believed "everything was fixable" and lived by that principle, always keeping his promises and giving his all to those around him. He was known for his big heart, gentle humor and unwavering integrity.

Meno was preceded in death by his daughter, Martha, and son, Meno. He is survived by the love of his life his wife, Teresa; his loving daughters, Alma and Teresa; loving son, Lalo. He is also survived by his loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Padre querido and abuelo, we will carry your love in our hearts forever. "Hasta que nos volvamos a encontrar," we will keep your light shining in our lives.

Services will be held Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 345 Anita Street, Chula Vista, CA 91911, at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Greenwood Memorial Park in San Diego.
