Manuel Luna Jr., age 80, was born on December 19, 1944, in Post, Texas, and entered eternal rest on June 24, 2025, in Houston, Texas. Manuel was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother who was deeply loved by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
He leaves behind to forever cherish his memory his beloved wife, Gloria Alfaro Wyer; his sons, Manuel Luna III, Noe Martin Luna, and Jorge Eduardo Castenda; and his daughters, Emma Lizeth Venegas and Dennys Wasserman. He is also survived by his brothers, John Alex Luna, Jesse Richard Luna, George Luna, David Rey Luna, and Cruz Luna; as well as his cherished grandchildren, Katherine Marie, Devonna, Noe Martin Jr., Emily, Alexa Tellez, Brandon Venegas, Victoria Venegas, Alyza Manrique, and Matthew Wasserman Jr.
Along with numerous extended family members and a host of dear friends, Manuel’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to share wonderful moments with him. He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.
