Manuel was a great person, we were neighbors for years, a great joy to be around, always jokeing to make you laugh/ brighten your day, we shared a lot of memories together from going out to eat, watching movies, planting flowers etc sharing the birth of our cats..... Just to name a few R.I.P. Jae & I will forever miss you
