Manuela Galvan Rodriguez passed away at age 90 on Saturday October 4, 2025 at her home in Taylor, Texas. She was born on September 20, 1935 in Cameron, Texas to Juan and Felipe Galvan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Jose Rodriguez; sons, Jesse and Pete Rodriguez; grandsons Noah Ochoa, Adam Hinostrosa, and Moses Hinostrosa; and her siblings, Julia Galvan, Virginia Vasquez, Geneva Vasquez, Susie V Brionez, Frank Galvan, John Galvan, Gilbert Galvan, Joe Galvan, and Gabino Galvan.
Manuela is survived by her children, Joe Rodriguez (Judy), Nell Ochoa, Ester Byers (Dan), Alfred Rodriguez, Ellen Hinostrosa (Felix); grandchildren, Esau, Joe Michael, Angela, Julie, Nathan, Joseph, Priscilla; as well as numerous cherished great and great great grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers will be Joe Michael, Nathan, Joseph, Ethan, Mikey, and Noah.
She will be missed by all who had the great fortune of knowing and loving her.
