Marc Kollander Obituary

He was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on May 13, 1954. He was the son of the late Melvin and Mary (Lybarger) Kollander. He was a retired truck driver and mechanic from Fraley & Schilling Trucking after 20 years with the company. He loved his work and had great loyalty for the company.
He also farmed throughout his life. Marc enjoyed the outdoors on his Harley Davidson motorcycle, he was a Harley enthusiast. He was happy when he took trips to Georgia to see his grandchildren and help in Mike's race shop. He attended the Glenwood Church of Christ.
Marc leaves behind two sons, Michael J. Kollander of Jefferson, GA and Nathan D. Kollander of Glenwood, IN; a sister, Lisa Sturgeon of Albuquerque, NM; and two brothers, Daryl (Ruth) Kollander of Grant, NM and Kris Kollander of Albuquerque, NM. Four beautiful grandchildren will also miss him. His absence will be felt by many former co-workers, fiends and neighbors.
A Gathering Marc's Family and Close Friends will be held at Todd Funeral Centre & Crematory April 3, 2025. In lieu of flowers, please make a charitable contribution to the American Diabetes Association P.O. Box 7023 Merrifield, VA 22116-7023
