Marcelline M. "Marcie" Ritter

Marcelline M. "Marcie" Ritter, a cherished matriarch and beloved friend, will be remembered as a beacon of love and warmth after her peaceful transition on February 2, 2026. Born on April 29, 1929, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Marcie graced this world for 96 remarkable years, leaving behind a legacy rich in family and kindness.

Marcie was the devoted wife of the late Charles Ritter and a nurturing mother to Diane (David) Piper, Donald (Kimberly) Ritter, and Thomas (Cheryl) Ritter. Her life was illuminated by the laughter of her grandchildren: Rebecca (Brian), Jennifer (Ted), Thomas Jr., Geoffrey, Matthew, Branden, Brittani (Tom), and Bethani, as well as her great-grandson, Quinn, who brought joy to her later years. She will also be remembered fondly by her sister, Lucille Wolfensperger, and the late Sis Estes, William Issler, and Leonard Issler.

Throughout her journey, Marcie made her mark at Winton Savings and Loan, where she forged lasting connections with her customers and co workers, bringing a smile to their faces day in and day out. A lover of bowling, Marcie found joy at Colerain Bowl and Heids Bowling Lane, where the camaraderie echoed the laughter of her heart. As a devoted member of Little Flower Church, she lived her faith through service and compassion, embracing every opportunity to uplift those around her.

Her family was the heart of her existence. In reminiscing about Marcie, we celebrate a life woven with love, marked by countless stories that will be shared and cherished for generations to come.

Friends and family will gather to honor Marcie's remarkable life during visitation at the Llanfair Nursing Home Chapel, 1701 Llanfair Ave., on Saturday, February 7. The warmth of her memory will embrace us from 10:30 a.m. until the funeral service, which will commence at 11:30 a.m.

As we reflect on the beautiful tapestry of Marcie's life, let us come together not only to mourn her passing but to revel in the joy she brought to us all. In each shared story and every laughter-filled memory, her spirit will live on, guiding us and reminding us of the power of love and family. Thank you, Marcie, for everything. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
