Marcellus Juwvan Hazelitt affectionately known as “Juice” was born in Athens, TN on 12/9/1978 to Shirley Grady and the late Jeffrey Goodner. He departed this life too soon on Monday, December 1, 2025 in Nashville, TN.
Juice accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior at an early age at Pilgram Immanuel Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Pastor Michael Graves.
Juice received his education in Metro Nashville Public Schools. He loved the Lord and could pray for all. Juice was very devoted to his family and friends and never met a stranger. His mother is his heartbeat and his sisters were his ribs.
Juice was the life of the party. If you crossed paths with him, you would never forget him. He has an infectious laugh and smile. Which is something he loved to do was make others laugh and smile. He especially loved every family gathering so he loved to do he could rap on the spot about anything. Juice lived life to the fullest and he will be missed.
Juice is preceded in death by his father Jeffrey Goodner, grandmother Nelva Hazelitt and Sister Takisha Brewster and cousin Ethan Haynes.
He leaves to cherish his memory to his loving and devoted parents; Shirley (Scott) Grady, Sisters Seba (Eric) Hazelitt, Naushia (Twuan) Hazelitt and Marquisha Pope. Brothers; Malcolm Goodner and Scott Baugh. Nieces; Hope Davis, Ladiamon Sharp. Nephews; A J Davis and Xavier Pope. Aunt; Alwanda (Lonnie) Haynes, Sharonda Hazelitt. Grandfather William (Kiera) Hazelitt. God sister LaToya Greer. Devoted friends; Marcus Brown, Zachary Lee, Eric Bell, Lil Tot, Benita Haynes and a host of other relatives and friends.
