Marica Dawley Cooper was born on August 14, 1942. She passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 83, in her home in Biloxi, Mississippi.
In Marica’s free time she enjoyed spending time with her dog, Baby. They took frequent trips together to Arby’s, Walmart and the thrift store, they were each other’s greatest companions. Marcia also enjoyed hobbies such as wood-crafting, and jewelry making.
Marcia is predeceased by her daughter, Kim; her brother James “Allen”; and her parents, Alice Jensen and Fred Morris.
She is survived by her brother, Richard Ross; her daughter, Lisa (Ed); her grandchildren, Melissa, Christine, Mark, Alyssa (Declan), Ryan and Nikolas; and three great-grandchildren. Marcia had a life well-lived; her memory will carry in our hearts.
Private services will be held.
