Marcia Ann Dibble

ROCKVILLE – Marcia Ann Dibble, 77, of Rockville, Indiana, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.

She was born April 19, 1948, in Crawfordsville, Indiana, to the late Donald Northcutt and Alma Burks Northcutt. Marcia retired after many years as the office manager for the medical offices of Dr. Nicholas and Dr. Dwyer.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Dibble.

Survivors include two daughters, Jennifer (JR) Arnett of Pendleton, Indiana, and Christina "Chrissy" Husseman Netherton of Rockville; one brother, Ronald Northcutt of Florida; one sister, Cheryl Northcutt Stafford of LaSalle, Illinois; four grandchildren, Joshua Cowart and Ashley Cowart, both of Noblesville, and Trenton Leonard and Avrie Pedigo, both of Rockville; and four great-grandchildren.

She was a graduate of Guilford High School in Rockford, Illinois.

Our mom always put us before her own needs and made every childhood birthday an enchanting experience, turning Christmases into a winter wonderland filled with love, laughter, and home-cooked meals. Our mom was not just our mother, but a creator of cherished memories.

Perhaps one of the most poignant aspects of her life was her deep relationship with her parents. Every day spent at their home visiting was a testament to her unwavering love and respect for them. They were not just her parents they were her best friends. Imagine the stories they shared over coffee. Those moments are irreplaceable and forever cherished.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 4, 2026, at Gooch Funeral Home, 112 W. Howard Street, Rockville, with Pastor Steve Blaydes officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until the time-of-service Saturday at the funeral home.
