Marcia Denise Weinstein

Marcia Denise Weinstein, age 79, of Monroe, New Jersey, passed peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family, on February 4, 2026. Marcia was a ray of sunshine with an infectious smile. She was the life of every party and felt music, especially that of Taylor Hicks and the Bee Gees, in the depth of her soul. Marcia lived for her family. She delighted in boat life, basking in the sun, time at the shore, tooling around in her Trans Am, seeing new places, and meeting new people. Her favorite pastimes were antiquing, sketching, and bragging about her grandchildren.

Marcia was born in Newark, NJ, to Nathan and Charlotte Agress, where she graduated from Weequahic High School. She cherished and is survived by Bert, her husband of 59 years; her dear daughter, Stacey Russak, and her partner, Bob Smith; her son, Gregg Weinstein, and his wife, Karin; her sister and best friend, Bonnie Horowitz, and her husband, Kenny; her grandchildren, Nikki, Logan, Kami, and Lucky; her niece, Alyssa Weinstein, and her husband, Paul; her great-nephew, Ben; and her great-niece, Maddie.

Shiva will be at the home of Gregg and Karin on Friday, February 6, from 4–8 pm, and on Saturday, February 7, from 2–8 pm, at 376 East Freehold Road, Freehold, NJ 07728.
