Marcia Widlund Obituary
Marcia Lynn Widlund, 69, of Shreveport, passed away at her home on May 1st, 2025. We are truly saddened by this loss as we loved her dearly. Our family holds strong in our faith that she is now in the arms of God.
Marcia was a daughter, sister, mother, auntie, grandmother and a great-grandmother.
She is survived by her 3 children: Deidre Wainwright, Keenan Jamil Jones and wife Araceli, Adrienna Widlund; her grandchildren: Elijah Widlund, Aisha Widlund, Ky'Dae Jones, Dana Wainwright, Jalil Wainwright, Nia Wainwright, Demi Jones, Eli Widlund, and Kya Stewart; 8 great grands; sister Diane Brandhorst; brother Gary Widlund. She is preceded in death by her father Donald Widlund and mother Marlyn Widlund and brother Stevie.
Services will be held at a later date.
