Margaret P. Clarke

MARGARET P. CLARKE (nee Cassidy), age 71, of Philadelphia, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2025. Devoted wife to Patrick B. Clarke. Loving mother to Patrick B. Clarke, Jr. (Christine), Rory F. Clarke (Kristen), and Eugene E. Clarke (Samantha). Beloved grandmother to Jake (Noel), Cassidy, Caydence, Aidan, Devin, Allie, Daniel, Bryce, Aaron, and the late Gwendolyn. Cherished great grandmother to Jake, Jr. Dear sister to June Logan (Bill), Sally Cassidy, and Helen Caldwell.
Margaret, lovingly known as Marge by her friends and family, was a proud member of the Cardinal Dougherty High School Class of 1971. She deeply cherished the time she spent with her family and her countless cousins, as well as the many friends she made throughout her life. Marge found great joy in cooking delicious meals, immersing herself in books, and enthusiastically cheering for her beloved Philadelphia Eagles.
In recent years, Marge and her devoted husband of 47 years, Pat, enjoyed traveling together to various destinations, including Alaska, Maine, and Ireland, where they visited with family members. Her grandchildren were a true source of happiness, and she rarely missed an opportunity to attend their plays and dance recitals, always supporting them with pride and love. Marge especially treasured the peaceful moments spent at the family cabin in Potter County, Pennsylvania, where she created lasting memories with those she held dear.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Monday, November 10, 2025, from 8:30AM until 10:30AM at Louis A. DiGiacomo Funeral Home, Inc., 1055 Southampton Road, Philadelphia PA 19116, followed by her funeral mass 11:30AM at St. Christopher Church, 13301 Proctor Road, Philadelphia, PA 19116. Burial Private.
