Margaret Ann Durtschi, born on August 8, 1948, in Heber City, Utah, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2024, in Kamas, Utah. Ann led a life rich with artistic talent and a zest for creativity. She was especially known for her passion for scrapbooking, which allowed her to capture and share precious memories with her family and friends. Her love for the beauty of nature was evident in her favorite pastime of taking Sunday drives, particularly during the fall when the vibrant colors of changing leaves provided a stunning backdrop for reflection and enjoyment.
In her younger years, Ann was adventurous and took great pleasure in activities such as black powder rifles and mountaineering, embracing the thrill of the great outdoors. A woman of strong faith, she was a proud member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which played a significant role in her life.
Ann was married to the late David Fillmore, later divorced and was a loving wife to Dwayne Durtschi and a devoted mother to her children. She is deeply missed by her daughter, Angela (Patrick) Bradsby; her sons, Garret (Christy) Fillmore and Garald (Stephanie) Fillmore; her brother, Karl (Carol) Street; her brothers, Lloyd "Corky" (Myrna) Wall; her sister, Beverly Warner; and her cherished 16 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her father, Joseph Melvin Street, mother, Margaret Street Wall, stepfather, Lloyd Wall, as well as her siblings Lois Watson and Helen Kay Henderson.
