Margaret Herman

Margaret Herman, age 84, of Leesburg, Florida, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. Born on May 5, 1941, in Mannheim, Germany, she was the daughter of Michael and Emelie (Heiligenthol) Fischer. Margaret found great joy in playing golf and was a regular at Pennbrooke Fairways, where she played several times a week. Her love for the game was matched only by the love she had for her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Michael R. Herman. Margaret is survived by her devoted husband of 64 years, Richard A. Herman; her sister, Karen Schmitt; her cherished grandchildren: Ariel Herman, John Herman, and Amanda (Steve) Duke; as well as many other loving family members and dear friends.
