Margaret Partlow Obituary
Angel was born on July 6, 1961 to Richard and Lee Hoggard in Avon Park, Florida, bringing immense joy and laughter to everyone she met. She was deeply religious and often shared scripture with others who needed His strength. Angel graduated from Norcom High School in 1979 and began working for USPS. She eventually found her career with the Currituck County School System. Angel fell in love with the students, which she often referred to affectionately as "her Kids."
In 1989, she met Ken and the two were inseparable from that point on. Ken and Angel were married for over 30 years and had one son, Keith, who she was always so proud of.
She was a fiercely dedicated mom to her son and all Currituck students, mentoring them with love and respect. Family always came first, a value she instilled in all those around her. The hole left by her absence is impossible to ever fill. Her love, kindness, motivation, and sense of fairness will be deeply miss by all who knew her.
She is survived by her loving husband, Ken; her son, Keith, daughter-in-law, Caitie, and grandson, Josiah (her most prized possession); and her brother, Mark.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Angel's name to the Currituck Animal Shelter, 153 Courthouse Road, Currituck, NC 27929 .
