Margaret Serna Ramirez, 94, of Poth, Texas, passed away into the loving arms of Jesus on July 25, 2025. She was born to Juan Bautista Serna and Piedad Reyna Serna on January 26, 1931.

Maggie, as she was known to all, was a lifelong member of Emmanuel Assembly of God in Poth. She gave of herself, not only to her family, but to her friends, her community, and especially her church.

Maggie enjoyed sewing and quilting. She made each one of her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great- great- grandchildren their own quilts. Maggie loved traveling to numerous states and even other countries.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband, Salomon Ramirez, her son, Raul Ramirez, grandson, Matthew Ramirez, great- great- granddaughter, Arianna Cousins, all of her siblings: Alfredo Serna, Paula Serna, Josefina Trevino, Alberto Serna, John Serna, Jr., and daughters-in-law: Irene Ramirez, and Estella Ramirez, sons-in-law: Pilar Martinez, and Alex Martinez.

Those left to cherish her memories are her children: Linda Martinez, Eli Ramirez (Gina), Arnulfo Ramirez, Carlos Ramirez (Aida), 9 grandchildren, 20 great- grandchildren, 5 great- great-grandchildren,

Services to celebrate Margaret's Life will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at Emmanuel Assembly of God Church in Poth. Visitation will be at 9:30AM and a Service to be conducted by Pastor Vicente Perez at 10:30AM. Interment will be at The Emmanuel Assembly of God Cemetery in Poth.

Pallbearers will be Fidel Trevino, Jr., Bobby Joe Serna, Levi Serna, Jr., Bryan Serna, Benjamin Serna and William Serna. Honorary Pallbearers are Patrick Ramirez, Elijah Ramirez, Adrian Alaniz, Ramiro Serna, Jr. and Alex Ximenez.

Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy Lord.
