Margarita Lopez

Our beloved mother Margarita Lopez passed away peacefully on January 20,2026, surrounded by her daughters and her family members. Mom was married to her high school sweetheart Sixto Lopez for 50 years. Mom graduated and worked as a Certified Nurse's Aide for almost 40 years. Our dearest mother was beautiful, strong, brave and had a warm given heart She worked extremely hard and long hours to make sure we had a home and higher education. She nourished us with her homecooked meals. Mom adored and loved her grandchildren Andrew John, Emilia Annette, and Abigail Joely. They were her everything. She also loved her sons in laws Carlos and Frank they were her sons. Mom we are eternally grateful for everything you did & accomplished for us. You were not only a hero in life, but even in death you were a hero. As an organ donor you saved the life of a 67-year-old female in Puerto Rico. Margarita is survived by her daughters Sylvia Annette and Wanda Ivette, grandchildren Andrew John, Emilia Annette and Abigail Joely, son-in-law's Frank & Carlos, her siblings, nephews, nieces, and her godchildren.

Family and friends are invited to the viewing being held Sunday February 1st from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. With an additional viewing from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

The Funeral will be held Monday February 2nd from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM.

A Funeral Mass will follow at St. Michaels Church at 11:30 AM.

Interment will be held at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield.
