Snow Camp – Margie Harden Bradley, 87, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at Peak Resource in Graham. She was born in Lyons, Georgia on May 1, 1936, to the late Sherman Albert and Lillie Mae Rutherford Harden and was the wife of Jack Carroll Bradley of the home.
Mrs. Bradley, known to her family as Mimi, loved the Lord and her Family with all her heart. Her relationship with Christ was unwavering and she praised Him in all things. She was the Prayer Warrior of the family. She had a beautiful marriage for 68 years with the love of her life, Jack “Papa” Bradley. Their devotion and love for each other was a true example of Romans 12:10 “Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.” Everything Margie did was with elegance and grace. She will be greatly missed but her memories live on through her family.
She is survived by her husband, Jack Bradley; sons, Terry Bradley (Linda), Greg Bradley (Ginger); daughter, Kelli Smith (Stephen); grandchildren, Lindsey Crites (Daniel), Elizabeth Larrea (Luis), Faith Bradley, David Bradley, Amanda Smith, Samantha Smith, Skyler Smith; great granddaughter, Ayesha Larrea and a sister, Peggy Hutchinson (Billy). She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ralph Harden and sisters, Jackie Thornton and Opal Wilson.
A service to celebrate Margie’s life will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Dr. Caroline R. Franks with the burial to follow at Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm – 1:45pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
