Margie Faye Houston, age 74, entered eternal rest on January 28, 2023, in Dallas, TX. Margie was born in Kemp, TX to parents Baty Haynie and Katherine Jean Houston.

Margie had many hobbies collecting antiques, dancing, and going to the casino were some of her favorite activities. She also was an avid garage seller and enjoyed working in her yard pulling weeds and such to keep it nice. Ms. Houston also was a very proud Christian and enjoyed her time with friends and family in fellowship.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Baty Haynie and Katherine Jean Houston and her grandson, Casey Eggeling.

Surviving to cherish her memories are her son James Evans of Quinlan, TX; daughter, Jeanne and husband Randy Mislivets of Wills Point, TX; stepson, Jason and wife Jill Moore of Wills Point, TX; stepdaughter; Mandy and husband Tim Spencer of Mabank, TX; grandson, Tyler Evans of Terrell, TX; granddaughters, Whitney and husband David Fields of Edgewood, TX, Ashley and husband Stephen Lewis of Wills Point, TX, and Katy Mislivets of Wills Point, TX; her brothers, Jackie Houston of Corsicana, TX, Weldon Houston and wife Mary of Mabank, TX, and Baty Houston Jr and wife Carolyn of Arkansas. Her great grandsons, Lane and Carter Fields of Edgewood, TX, and Harlen Lewis of Wills Point, TX; great granddaughter Hadley Lewis of Wills Point.  Along with numerous other family and friends.
