Margie Stinson, 78, beloved Mother, grandmother, and sister, was called to her eternal resting place on August 20, 2025. She entered this world on December 20, 1946, in Los Angeles, California, born to Joseph William Watson and Thelma Wilhite Watson.
Funeral services will be held at 10am Saturday, August 23, 2025, in the Chapel of Grace Memorial Chapel, 2016 N. 14th, Ponca City, OK 74601 Interment will follow in the Newkirk City Cemetery under the direction of Miller Stahl Funeral Home of Newkirk. Visitation will be held at Grace Memorial Chapel on Friday, August 22, 2025, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Margie met the love of her life, Clifford Stinson and they were married June 15, 1966, in Olive Hill, Kentucky then shortly after moved to Newkirk, OK. Margie worked numerous jobs in Kay County such as S West Cupid Manufacturing and several Casinos in the area. Margie enjoyed fishing, camping, and going to casinos.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son; James and wife Tonia Stinson of Ponca city, OK Son in law: David Seilhan of Lawton, OK, Seven Grandchildren; Karl Wagner, Daniel Stinson and wife Tiffany, Jonathon Seilhan and wife Mary, Jacob Stinson, Michael Stinson, Rebecca Stinson, and Tikki Seilhan. She was also survived by her brothers; Richard Rogers and wife Sandy of Tennessee, Russell "Pud" Rodgers both of Kentucky, JD Rodgers of Georgia, one sister, Janey Dean of Tennessee.
Margie was preceded in death by her parents, Husband in 2010, Daughter, Tonya Seilhan in 2024, Four brothers, George Paul Rogers, Johnny Watson, Bud Rodgers and James Handcock Sr.
