Margret "Peg" Ann Brabb, 93, of Lawton, MI passed away peacefully on July 22, 2025.
She was born on December 26, 1931, the daughter of Carlton and Violet (Brinker) Brabb.
Margret attended U of M School of Nursing for one year but changed direction and transferred to Western Michigan University for a degree in teaching. She taught P.E. for 32 years at Kalamazoo Central High School. She started an upholstery business after retiring from teaching.
She loved golf, and taught swimming for the Red Cross for 10 years. Peg loved her many pets and had more friends than one could count. Everyone loved Peg and she loved them all right back. Perhaps, her greatest love was singing. She sang for years in her church choir and also in the Kalamazoo Chorale. It is certain that she is now singing in God's choir.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 63855 M-40 Highway, Lawton, MI 49065.
In lieu of flowers, Peg asked for charitable donations to be made to St. Paul's United Methodist Church in her name.
