Marguerite DeBary 97
Mrs. Marguerite DeBary of Marshallville, GA died Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at her residence. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 28, 2023, at 3:00 PM, at Live Oak Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Sam Bridges officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Live Oak Freewill Baptist Church.
Mrs. DeBary was a sweet, loving strong woman who influenced us all.
She is survived by two sons, Joseph (Carol) DeBary of Cordele, GA, and Stanley (Sandra) DeBary of Montgomery, AL; two daughters, Brenda DeBary and Cindy (Mark) McDonald, both of Marshallville, GA; ten grandchildren, Robin and Paul Hering, Christy and Lance Partain, Matthew and Katie DeBary, Kim Amos and Mike Brown, Rachel and Mark Paden, Brandon DeBary, Hamilton and Rebekah DeBary, Sarah and Matt Arrington, Lauren and Sam Bridges, and Krista and Josh Buchanan; twenty-two great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Gwen Parker of Pensacola, FL; and one sister-in-law, Carolyn Seale of Missouri. Mrs. DeBary was preceded in death by three brothers, Bill (Dora) Seale, John “Bud” Seale, and Tom (Thelma) Seale; five sisters, Mollie (Ottis) Casey, Grace (El) Smith, Etta (Aubrey) Evans, Ernestine (Budley) Bailey, Willerdean (Erskine) Hendrix; three brothers-in-law, W.C (Elizabeth) (Sarah) DeBary, Barney (Lois) DeBary, and Cheshire (Jackie) DeBary; and two sisters-in-law, Laurenstine (Jix) Hudson, and Florenstine (Alvin) Daniels.
