Beloved wife of the late Donald G.; dear mother of David M. Thompson, John E. (Shannon) Locsin, and the late Donald L. Thompson; former mother-in-law of Virginia Thompson; loving grandmother of Daniel John, Stephen Reading, and Andrew James Thompson and Jordan Geneva Locsin.
Member of Cook County College Teachers Union Local 1600 and Northwestern University Alumni Association. "A Quiz Kid" of the 1940s radio program, Peggy was also a lifelong lover of opera.
