In 1964 she married the love of her life, Robert M. Valentini. Marguerite and Bob resided in Pennsylvania until his retirement in 1995 as the CEO of Bell of Pennsylvania. Marguerite found solace and peace and felt most at home living by the water so they became snowbirds and spent summers on Pelican Island, NJ and winters in Tequesta, Fl.
Marguerite was predeceased by her parents and by Bob, her husband of 38 years who died in 2002. Her sister-in-law, Dorothy Gibbons Valentini also predeceased her.
Marguerite is survived by her children, Tracy Ann Valentini Bryan (Jeff) and Mark David Valentini (Margaret). She adored and was so proud of her granddaughter, Alexandra Kimberly Conforti who also survives her and her bonus granddaughters, Samantha Bryan and Avery Bryan.
Other survivors are brother-in-law, Michael Valentini, niece, Tara Dombroski (Mark) and great nephew, Matthew Dombroski. Her sweet poodle, Stevie, will be so sad without her.
Marguerite was the epitome of a friend, and once you became her friend, you were her friend for life. Her friend of over 70 years, Marion Pasquito DiFilippo (Gary) passed away this past August. She leaves to celebrate her life, friends: Nancy Huges, Elaine Fratto, Roberta Carrier and Mary Deschamps.

Mark Tracy and Alex my deepest sympathy. My heart is broken. I will miss her dearly. We were friends for over 50 years, but I´ll meet her again in heaven. Love you all.

Tracy and Mark and Family,

Both Ron and I will cherish the wonderful memories of the time we spent with Marguerite and Bob. From our 10 day trip to Ireland (that Bob arranged and photographed) to our weekend on Pelican Island (after Bob passed) with Elaine (who made the most amazing food) and Joe and Nancy Huges and her lovely daughters, to my adventure of going on the Alaskan Cruise with all of you. We feel blessed to have had both of them as friends and to be included in your family has been a highlight of my life. I will sorely miss her and our marathon phone conversations.

Our thoughts and love are with you,

Roberta (or as Bob called me..."Kiddo")
