Grandchildren Julio, Crystal (Mariano) Sarah (Logan) Jessica, Ashley, Briana (Angel) Logan, Alex (Amanda) Adrian (Priscilla) Andrea, Julie, Petey, Gil (Kris) Mario, Ray, Briana (Nando) Great-grandchildren Lincoln, Summer, Adrian, Sky, Athena, Raiden, Angel, Benny, Ethen, Julian, Jordan, Liam, Noah and Sage. Great-great-grandson Akari.
She was preceded in death by her husband Julio Bocardo Sr, parents Pedro Salinas Sr and Elvira Salinas, brothers Ricardo & Pedro Salinas and grandson Joey Macias.
Maria was the heart of our family-a loving wife, devoted mother, proud grandmother, and caring sister. Her love was unconditional, and her strength carried all of us through life.
She had a special love for Tejano music and dancing. Whenever her favorite songs played, she lit up the room-smiling, laughing, and reminding us all to enjoy life. That joy is something we will carry with us forever.
She was more than just our mom-she was our home, our comfort, and our greatest source of love.
We will miss her deeply, but her spirit will live on in every song, every memory, and every moment we hold close to our hearts.
We love you forever, Mom.
A memorial gathering will take place at a later date.
