Maria Bud

Maria Bud, born on November 26, 1950, in Romania, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2026, in Romulus, Michigan, at the age of 75.

A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Maria cherished her family above all else. Her life was a testament to her love for her Romanian community and her unwavering dedication to those she held dear.

Maria is survived by her beloved husband, Grigore Bud, and her nine children: Daniel (Claudia), Marcel (Ioana), Vasile (Felicia), Lidia (Daniel), Samuel (Diana), Viorel (Melina), Daniela (Mircea), Lucia (Pavel), and Benjamin. She was the proud grandmother of Ashlee, Andrea, Delia, Abigail, Levy, Tiffany, Nicolette, Natalee, AJ, Julia, Nathan, Ruthy, Olivia, Denise, Kevin, Jacob, Jason, Emily, Giuliana, Noah, Angelina, Luke, Anastasia, Naomi, Gizele, Giana, Genevie, Roman, Gemma, Alicea, and Jessica. Her legacy extends to her cherished great-grandchildren: Eloise, Eleanor, and Josiah. Maria is preceded in death by her loving son Griga Bud.

Maria's life was filled with love and warmth, and her memory will forever be treasured by her family and friends. Her nurturing spirit and dedication to her loved ones will be deeply missed but fondly remembered.
