In Loving Memory of Maria Del Carmen Guerra.
It is with deep sorrow and immense love that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Maria Del Carmen Guerra who left this world on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 surrounded by her family.
Carmen Guerra was the true embodiment of selflessness, grace, and unconditional love. She devoted her life to caring for her family, always putting others before herself and giving freely from her heart. Her warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit touched everyone she met, and she leaves behind a legacy of love that will never fade.
To her children, she was more than a mother-she was a guiding light, a safe place, and a constant source of strength. Her nurturing soul and unshakable care were unmatched, and she filled our lives with joy, comfort, and unwavering support. She was by her husband's side for 49 beautiful years.
She loved being a daycare provider for our entire family and close friends. she loved cooking and showed her love through her food. She loved being a grandma and teaching her grandchildren about God. She always blessed anyone who came in her presence. Crafting brought her joy,she made hundreds of piñatas for our community. She was a fighter till her very last breath. We love you, mama, and we miss you forever.
She was preceded in death by her parents Juan Espinosa and Leonor Trevino; and her sister Maria Teresa Espinosa Trevino.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years Mr. Felipe Santiago Guerra; children Felipe Santiago Guerra, Jr., Jessica Rodriguez (Jesse) and Jacqueline Guerra; brothers Juan Manuel Espinosa Trevino (Maria Del Pilar Torres Rodriguez), Juan Alberto Espinosa Trevino (Blanca Mirthala Gonzalez Ibarra); grandchildren Alejandro Felipe Rodriguez, Klaryssa Anahi Rodriguez, Aaliyah Williams, and Star Williams; great-grandchild Araceli Nicole Rodriguez, who will carry her memory in their hearts forever.
Family and friends are welcome to join us as we remember her remarkable spirit and the endless love she shared. Though we grieve her passing, we rejoice in the gift of her life and the countless ways she blessed us all. Her love will forever remain the heartbeat of our family.
