Maria Guadalupe Reyes Coronado (1937 - 2026)

Guadalupe "Lupe", 88, of Liberty, Texas passed away on January 24, 2026 surrounded by her family. She was born September 4, 1937 in Joyitas de Guadalupe, Cerritos, San Luis Potosi to Reymundo Reyes Garcia and Feliciana Coronado Torres.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesus Garcia, parents, children: Marcelina, Preciliano, Margarito, and Humberto, grandchildren: Jesus Garcia and Melba Castro, and great granddaughter: Jaelyn Castro.

She is survived by her children, Yolanda Hernandez (Mauro), Refugio Garcia, Valentina Garcia, Felipe Garcia (Elena), Donaciano Garcia (Angela), Juan Garcia (Dana), Clemente Garcia. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren along with a number of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday, February 4th, from 5-8pm at Allison's Funeral Home with a rosary at 7pm and the funeral mass will be Thursday, February 5th, at 10am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Liberty.

Guadalupe "Lupe" Reyes de 88 años de edad falleció en Liberty el día 24 de Enero de 2026. Guadalupe nació en Joyitas de Guadalupe, Cerritos, San Luis Potosi el 4 de septiembre de 1937 hija de Reymundo Reyes Garcia y Feliciana Coronado Torres.

Fue precedida en la muerte por sus padres, sus hijos: Marcelina, Preciliano, Margarito, y Humberto, nietos: Jesus Garcia y Melba Castro, y bisnieta: Jaelyn Castro.

Deja a sus hijos e hijas, Yolanda Hernandez (Mauro), Refugio Garcia, Valentina Garcia, Felipe Garcia (Elena), Donaciano Garcia (Angela), Juan Garcia (Dana), Clemente Garcia. También deja 24 nietos, 40 bisnietos, y 8 tataranietos al igual que muchos sobrinos y sobrinas.

La visitación se llevará a cabo el miércoles 4 de enero de 5 a 8PM en Allison's Funeral Home con el rosario a las 7PM. La misa fúnebre se llevará a cabo el jueves 5 de enero a las 10am en la iglesia Inmaculada Concepción en Liberty.
